The Industrial Maintenance Program provide students with the knowledge and skills to work in any type of mechanical area—such as refineries and petrochemical facilities. A strong curriculum, designed by professionals in the area of industrial/mechanical maintenance, has created a pathway to a wide range of careers. Students will gain an in-depth understanding of safety standards necessary in the field. Additionally, students will learn to use tools, learn print reading, basic machine shop techniques as well as advanced machining skills. Students will have the option to either follow the millwright path or the machining path to develop advanced skills.Graduates of this program will be qualified to work in refineries and plants as well as in the aerospace industry, energy facilities, and construction sites.
