The Nest (Food Pantry, Clothing, and Supply Closet)

No student or campus employee at Lamar State College Port Arthur should ever go hungry. Food insecurity is a problem that some students and employees experience.

To alleviate food insecurity, we've teamed up with our partners across campus to create The Nest, a free and anonymous food pantry, clothing and supply closet for students, faculty, and staff.

The goal of the Nest is to help students succeed in their pursuit of higher education and to support those who help provide this education by providing access to free and nutritious food. School supplies and clothing are also available. All current LSCPA students and employees are eligible to participate. Those in need of donations must have a valid LSCPA ID.
