On-campus housing and meal plans are available to students enrolled at Lamar State College Port Arthur. Financial aid may be used to pay for on-campus housing and meal plans.

All students have the option to purchase a Meal Plan through the Seawall Café for on-campus dining. Students residing in Seahawk Landing who completed high school within one year or less are required to purchase a meal plan the first year of enrollment at the College.

Housing Policies
All residents are required to follow the rules, requirements, and agreements outlined by Housing and Residence Life. Any violations of housing policies or breaches of conduct will be referred to the Dean of Student Services for disciplinary action, which may include removal from housing and/or suspension or expulsion from the College.
