Lamar State College Port Arthur is a smoke-free campus. This includes campus housing at Seahawk Landing. The campus wide Tobacco/Smoke-Free/Vaping Policy can be found in the Lamar State College Port Arthur Policy and Procedure Manual at POLICY NUMBER: 11.4, page 232.
