MUEN 2231 Chamber (Small) Instrumental Ensemble
Chamber (Small) Instrumental Ensembles. Examples of small instrumental ensembles may include but are not limited to wind, string, percussion, piano, and mixed ensembles in various styles.
Corequisite
Students should be enrolled in Applied Lessons on their major instrument.
Outcomes
- 1. Demonstrate appropriate performance practice for a variety of styles of music.
- 2. Apply music reading and comprehension skills learned in music theory courses.
- 3. Demonstrate progression in producing an ever improving tone on the major instrument.
- 4. Demonstrate application of playing techniques learned in Applied Lessons.
